R-Live Hold'em Rules
All results in the game follow the basic rules of Texas Hold'em.
Rule 1: Players who fail to select betting action for three (3) consecutive times that resulted in fold, shall be automatically removed from the seat.
Rule 2: Users are responsible for disconnections due to individual internet line conditions.
Rule 3: In the event of a disconnection from the game table, all placed bets by the player remain valid and will be settled accordingly based on the result of the game.
However, in the case of void game as result, the bet amount will be returned to the player upon settlement.
R-Live reserves the right to VOID the game at any given time with justifiable reason.
Irregularities may include the following:
1. Exposed cards – exposing either the burn or hole cards.
2. Wrong position of cards
• No cards for active player
• Dealt cards for inactive player
• One card is not scanned and draws another scan card and distributed to the player
3. Foul cards
• If cards of the same suit and rank are found
• One card faces up mixes in a shoe
• Different color of card found in a deck
4. Drawing of two cards simultaneously
5. Scanner malfunction
In relation to the use of the R-Live services, the R-Live does not take any responsibility for any losses incurred by user that are not cause by reasons attributable to the R-Live.
R-Live Hold’em Guide
1. Game starts with three or more players.
2. Minimum buy-in x20 of BB and maximum buy-in x100 of BB.
3. Chat function can use during the game, players can engage in simple communication between players.
Disclaimer on internet disruption and disconnectivity policy
1. To play the R-Live Hold’em, a minimum internet speed of 20MBps is required, with 50MBps being recommended for optimal performance.
2. In the event of disconnection from the game table, all placed bets by the player remain valid and will be settled accordingly based on the result of the game. However, in the case of void game as result of the irregularities outlined above, the bet amount will be returned to the player upon settlement. The player can review the betting results in the Game History window upon reconnection.
3. If a disconnection occurs during a game, a bad connection icon appears at the players position and the players hand is automatically folded moving them to the lobby.
4. The R-Live is not responsible for any misplaced bets as a result of internet service disruptions and disconnectivity.
Process of Inactive account
1. If the player doesn’t use the account within 3 months the account will be deactivated.
2. The player may request the suspension by sending a request to our Customer Support Live Chat https://rlivegame.tawk.help/ or email at online.cs.hnh@gmail.com
3. Once the account is inactive for twenty-four (24) months. R-Live reserves the right to terminate the account with the remaining balance subject to forfeiture.
4. Before closing the inactive account, R-Live shall use all reasonable means to contact the Player.
Reasons of suspension, termination closure or forfeiture of account
1. If a person plays a game with two or more accounts and is caught playing, the E-mail ID is blocked without notification.
2. Your registration information is incorrect or misleading.
3. You failed to provide the identification information being requested.
4. You are not of legal age (you must 21 years of age or older or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
5. You are depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorized activities.
6. We identify that you have disguised, interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, with the IP address on any Device used to access our website.
7. We suspect you have, or in collusion with others, acted in an attempt to defraud R-Live Hold’em.
