By agreeing to these Terms, the Player agrees that R-Live shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Website or Player’s account. Any attempt by any Player to gain unauthorized access to the Website's systems or Player’s account, to interfere with procedures or performance of the Website or Games, or to deliberately damage or undermine the Website or Games is subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution and will result in immediate termination of the Player’s account as well as the forfeiture of any and all prizes that the Player has and has been entitled to. 7.7. R-Live makes the effort to ensure full protection of all its Players and their bets, except, however, due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. If the Player is disconnected from the Website due to external factors such as, but not limited to, an act of God, or any failure of relevant utilities, locally or worldwide, we cannot be held liable for any losses that may incur as a result of such act. Should a Player be disconnected after placing a wager and before the game is played, the results of that game will still be displayed on the Players account and any winnings or losses recorded accordingly.

8. SETTLEMENT OF TRANSACTIONS AND REFUND POLICY 8.1. R-Live reserves the right to close the User's Member Account and to refund to the User the "Available Balance”, subject to the deduction of any relevant withdrawal charges, at R-Live’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. 8.2. You are fully responsible for paying any and all debts that you incur to us or our associated parties. You agree that you will intentionally cancel, reject, or revoke any bet, and you will pay us any and all losses caused by such cancellation, rejection, or revocation by you. 8.3. In respect of any payment made by you, you agree that you will not make or procure the making of any chargebacks and/or deny or reverse any such payment, and that you will reimburse R-Live for any chargebacks, denials, or reversal of payments as well as any and all losses suffered, and expenses incurred by R-Live as a consequence thereof. R-Live may, at our sole and absolute discretion, cease to provide services or payment to certain users or to users paying with certain credit or debit cards. 8.4. All your winnings will be credited to your account. R-Live shall not in any way be liable or responsible to you for any funds or winnings credited to an account in error, and we reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at a time or retrospectively. Should funds be credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to inform R-Live immediately."

9. WINNINGS 9.1. Prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, R-Live reserves the right to request any Player to provide required information such as proof of personal identification (i.e. Passport), front and back copy of debit card, recent bank statement or other appropriate documentation as R-Live, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. Should the Player fail to comply with any security request, R-Live reserves the right to void any winnings from the Player’s account. 9.2. Winnings will be automatically added to the respective Player’s account, as deemed appropriate. These updates of the Players’ accounts are not “proof of win” and/or may refer to funds that have been transferred (debited) from the Player’s account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, R-Live reserves the right to void certain winnings and to take appropriate action against any Player’s account accordingly. 9.3. Withdrawals of money from the Player’s account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made. 9.4. All bank charges that R-Live incurs arising in connection with any of your betting transactions shall be reimbursed by the Player. R-Live is entitled to deduct and offset the foregoing from the winnings payable to the Player or from the Player’s account as the case may be. 9.5. If the Player has self-excluded, we will use reasonable efforts to return any balance remaining in the Player’s account."

10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS 10.1. If Player does not login for a continuous period of one (1) year since the last login, that account will be categorized as an inactive account and shall be suspended accordingly. Player may request to lift the suspension by sending a request to our Customer Support Live Chat or email at customerservice@rlivegame.com. 10.2. If the account remains inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months since the last account login date, R-Live reserves the right to closed the account with the remaining balance subject to forfeiture. All proceeds collected as a result of forfeiture shall be disposed in accordance with law. Account closure shall be undertaken thereafter. 10.3. Before closing the inactive account, R-Live shall use all reasonable means to contact the Player.

11. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS 11.1. All bonuses and promotions are for any participating Player at least 21 years or older. All bonuses and promotions are for the purpose of entertainment only. 11.2. All bonuses and promotions apply to ONLY ONE (1) account per individual, family, household address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment account number (i.e. bank accounts), IP address, and shared computer. 11.3. Once the bonus is availed, it will be automatically credited to the Player’s account, which is then placed in “Locking” status to prevent withdrawal prior to fulfilling the wagering and rollover requirements as specified in the promotion. The User is solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that are self-incurred or incurred via a third party on his/her R-Live account. 12.4 The customer is prohibited to transfer or sell their accounts to another person. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form. 12.5 R-Live reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (i) to void any winnings and forfeit any balance in your betting account; (ii) suspend or terminate your account; (iii) terminate these Terms with you; and/or (iv) suspend the provision of the Services to you and/or (v) seize all of the funds in your Player account and to reverse any withdrawals that may be pending in the event that we reasonably determine and/or identify that: 12.5.1 You have more than one account with us; 12.5.2 You are in violation of any of the provision of the Services and of this Terms; 12.5.3 You have found to be engaged in any online gaming site or services that are suspected of fraud, collusion (including in relation to chargebacks) or unlawful or improper activity as may be declared by regulatory bodies or other third-party partners; 12.5.4 You are a former employee and/or relative of a former employee of R-Live (and any entities affiliated or related to R-Live) of which such employment had ceased less than six (6) months ago; 12.5.5 Your registration information is incorrect or misleading; 12.5.6 You failed to provide the identification information being requested; 12.5.7 You are not of legal age (you must be 21 years of age or older); 12.5.8 You have "charged back" or caused a "chargeback" against us or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account; 12.5.9 You have allowed someone else to use your account, either intentionally or unintentionally; 12.5.10 You are depositing money originating from criminal or other illegal or unauthorized activities; 12.5.11 We identify that you have disguised, interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, with the IP address on any Device used to access our Website; 12.5.12 We suspect your account has been linked to fraudulent or dishonest activity; 12.5.13 We suspect you have, or in collusion with others, acted in an attempt to defraud R-Live; 12.5.14 You have by any other means disguised, hid, or attempted to disguise or hide, your true identity or the jurisdiction of wagering; 12.5.15 You have uploaded or distributed any program, file, or data that contain viruses, are corrupted or may affect the operational performance of the Device(s), Software, Services, and/or Website; 12.5.16 You have posted or transmitted to the Website and/or to the Device(s) or to any other users, any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, racially, or ethnically objectionable, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or 12.5.17 You have initiated and/or engaged in surveys, contest, chain letters, or posted/transmitted “junk mail”, “spam”, or any unsolicited mass dissemination of e-mail against R-Live. 12.5.18 Your account has been categorized as “inactive” as a result of continuous inactivity for (i) three (3) months without any betting activity, and (ii) twenty-four(24) months since the last log in. 12.6 If a provision of the Services is suspended and/or your account is deactivated in accordance with the terms herein, the provision of the Services will only be reinstated and/or your account will be reactivated after the necessary rectification (if capable of being rectified) has been taken by you and such rectification has been verified to our full satisfaction. 12.7 R-Live retains authority over the issuing, maintenance and closing of User accounts. The decision of R-Live as regards to any aspect of your account, use of the Services or the Website, is final and shall not be opened to review or appeal. We, therefore, reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so unless circumstances dictate that we legally or practically cannot do so. 12.8 Apart from terminating or suspending your account, R-Live reserves the right to report you to the federal or local authorities without prior notice or explanation should your activities pertain to criminal or suspicious conduct."

By agreeing to these Terms, the Player confirms that we shall not be liable to any third party for any modifications to, suspensions of, or discontinuance of the play. 13.3 R-Live pledges to offer both fair and timely dispute resolutions and redress without undue cost or burden, by holding detailed wager and transaction records of all its financial dealings. 14. ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) and COUNTER TERRORISM FINANCING (CTF) 14.1. If the User becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games offered on the Website, the User must report this immediately to R-Live. 14.2. R-Live may suspend, block, or close the User's Member Account and withhold funds therein if found to be suspicious of any money laundering and terrorism financing activity, in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Act. 14.3. Any suspicion of money laundering and terrorism financing taking place through the Website shall be reported to the authorities for further investigation. 15. AFFILIATES 15.1. R-Live Affiliates must be properly registered on R-Live affiliate program in order to be paid. 15.2.
